For Nerissa Mefa, Mersin's highest housing project, our well-equipped team of engineers and our business partners together started to build our building on the most solid foundation. With the consultancy support we received from METU, one of Turkey's leading institutions, we built the foundations of the building with a reinforced concrete carcass system. The soil needs 105 bored piles with a diameter of 1 meter and a length of 16 - 22 meters. It is a very rare foundation building method in Mersin due to its high costs.
